Landed this morning. Plated tonight.
A small dining room at the end of the pier, cooking whatever the boats bring in — with butter, fire and not much else.
Twelve tables, one view, and a menu written at noon.
We buy from the boats tied up outside the window. If the weather keeps them in, the menu gets shorter — that’s the deal, and we think it’s a good one.
Expect Irish shellfish, line-caught fish cooked on the bone, a short list of natural and classic wines, and puddings your granny would recognise.
