Deposit and Refund Terms

The €250 design deposit

To reserve your personalised design concept, we ask for a €250 design deposit, paid securely through Stripe. The deposit lets us set aside design time to prepare a concept for your business.

What you receive

• A personalised website design concept, created from your questionnaire answers and the websites you love.
• An online design presentation, booked at a time that suits you, where we walk you through the concept and answer your questions.
• A clear recommendation of the right package and a fixed price before you commit to anything.

If you go ahead

If you accept our website-build agreement, the full €250 is credited against the agreed website price. For example, on a €1,500 Essential website you would pay a further €1,250.

If you decide not to go ahead

If you decide not to proceed at any point before you accept the website-build agreement, we will refund the full €250 to your original payment method, for any reason, on request. We do not deduct fees from your refund.

How to request a refund

Use the refund request form on this website, or email [refunds@yourdomain.ie] with your enquiry reference. We will confirm your request and process the refund through Stripe. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

After you accept the build agreement

Once you accept a website-build agreement, your deposit becomes part of the website price and is governed by that agreement. Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights, are not affected.
