These terms apply to your use of this website and to the design preview service offered by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as Deadly Sites.

The preview service

When you complete our questionnaire and pay the refundable design deposit, we prepare a personalised website design concept based on your answers and present it to you at an online meeting. The concept is a design direction, not a finished website.

No obligation to buy

Paying the deposit does not commit you to buying a website. A contract to build a website only exists once you accept a separate website-build agreement. The Deposit and Refund Terms explain how your deposit is credited or refunded.

Packages and prices

Our packages start from €1,500. The scope of each package (including page limits and features) is described on our website and will be confirmed in your website-build agreement. Routine customer-requested changes after launch start from €50 per defined small update, and basic annual management costs €50. Domain renewals, third-party subscriptions, paid hosting upgrades and work outside your package scope are quoted and charged separately.

Your content

You confirm that any text, images or logos you send us are yours to use or that you have permission to use them. Reference websites are used only as inspiration; we will not copy third-party imagery, wording or branding.

Concept ownership

Design concepts we show you remain our property until you accept a website-build agreement and the agreed price is paid, unless the build agreement says otherwise.

Liability
